Registration Agreement

A. Introduction. This domain name registration agreement ("Registration Agreement") is submitted to Elmed Medicomat Ltd ("EMLtd") for the purpose of applying for and registering a domain name on the Internet. If this Registration Agreement is accepted by EMLtd, and a domain name is registered in EMLtd's domain name database and assigned to the Registrant, Registrant ("Registrant") agrees to be bound by the terms of this Registration Agreement and the terms of EMLtd's Domain Name Dispute Policy ("Dispute Policy") which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Registration Agreement. This Registration Agreement shall be accepted at the offices of EMLtd.

B. Fees and Payments. Registrant agrees to pay a registration fee as shown on the table below in consideration for the registration of each new domain name or to renew an existing registration. The payment should be made payable directly to "Elmed Medicomat Ltd".

Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. The fee covers a period of one (1) years for each new registration, and one (1) year for each renewal, and includes any permitted modification(s) to the domain name's record during the covered period.

Cancellations
A "Cancellation" occurs when Customer, Supplier or 2CO voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. 2CO will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion. 2CO will not assess nor collect a Transaction Fee from Supplier.
After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.

Refunds
Supplier agree to provide Refunds through 2CO for Customers who initiate a Return or a Bank Assisted Dispute, that 2CO has approved, either with 2CO, the entity whose brand appears on the Card ("Card Association"), the Card issuing bank, or the depository bank (in the case of electronic check payment).
Supplier will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Supplier's Return Policy, or for any Refund that is initiated by 2CO.
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). 2CheckOut accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.

Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

Registrant agrees that Registrant's maintaining the registration of a domain name after changes or modifications to the Dispute Policy become effective constitutes Registrant's continued acceptance of these changes or modifications. Any such breach by a Registrant shall not be deemed to be excused simply because EMLtd did not act earlier in response to that, or any other, breach by the Registrant.
