The Elmed Medicomat Ltd provides this web site located at www.DocumNIC.com (this "Site") and related domain name registration services (collectively, the "Service") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below ("Terms of Service"). Please read the Terms of Service carefully because it constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Elmed Medicomat Ltd and your use of this Site. BY USING THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE ASSOCIATED POLICIES OF THIS SITE.

  2. SERVICES PROVIDED BY Elmed Medicomat Ltd
    Elmed Medicomat Ltd provides a domain name registration service that enables users to register new level Internet domain names within the DocumNIC.com top-level domains, in addition to partnerships with other companies to provide related value-added services. Although Elmed Medicomat Ltd will attempt to accommodate your request for a particular domain name, Elmed Medicomat Ltd does not guarantee that you will receive the name you have requested or that you will have the legal right to use any domain name you register. For more information about registering domain names, review Elmed Medicomat Ltd Registration Agreement (the "Registration Agreement").

  3. EMLtd POLICIES
    You acknowledge and understand that by accepting the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by any pertinent rules, policies or agreements that have been or in the future may be adopted by Elmed Medicomat Ltd (the "EMLtd policies) and which are or in the future may be posted on this Site.
    Privacy Policy: Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

  4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
    2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) (2CO) is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by Elmed Medicomat Ltd. A "Cancellation" occurs when Customer, Supplier or 2CO voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. 2CO will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion. 2CO will not assess nor collect a Transaction Fee from Supplier.
    After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.

    Supplier agree to provide Refunds through 2CO for Customers who initiate a Return or a Bank Assisted Dispute, that 2CO has approved, either with 2CO, the entity whose brand appears on the Card ("Card Association"), the Card issuing bank, or the depository bank (in the case of electronic check payment).
    Supplier will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Supplier's Return Policy, or for any Refund that is initiated by 2CO.
    A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). 2CheckOut accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.

  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    You specifically agree that EMLtd shall not be liable for losses or liabilities arising in connection with your use of this Site or the Service, including, but not limited to loss or liability:
  1. arising in connection with your use of the Domain Name Registration Service or other value-added service you purchase from Elmed Medicomat Ltd
  2. resulting from data non-delivery, data mis-delivery or unauthorized access to transmissions or data.
  3. resulting from acts of God.
  4. resulting from the unauthorized use or misuse of your account number or password.
  5. from threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any third party.
  6. arising in connection with your infringement of a third party's right, including intellectual property rights.
  7. resulting from errors, omissions or misstatements in any and all information or services provided by Elmed Medicomat to you.
  8. resulting from the development or interruption of your website.
  9. from your inability to use a domain name registered to you.
  10. that you may incur in connection with Elmed Medicomat Ltd 's processing of your application for the Service or.
  11. resulting from the application of Elmed Medicomat's Dispute Policy.

A printed version of the Terms of Service and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to the Terms of Service to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Governing Law: Jurisdiction.
The Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Country of Cyprus, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You shall bring any action to enforce the Terms of Service or in connection with any matters related to this Site only in a Cyprus Court. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. Use of the Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Terms of Service, including without limitation this paragraph.
